Web Designer
Immediate, full-time position

We are seeking a self-motivated, passionate, new media designer with significant natural artistic ability to join our rapidly growing team! Duties will consist primarily of website design and layout. Some basic XHTML coding on the frontend will also be required. Specific prerequisites are listed below.

Skills Required

Web and new media savvy
Natural artistic talent including a strong sense of colour
Excellent graphic design skills including page layout and typography
Pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
Passionate about professional development and learning new skills
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator

Skill Desired

Diploma or equivalent from a recognized graphic design school
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good working knowledge of Macromedia Flash
Basic knowledge of standards-compliant XHTML & CSS
